In the first year the main task was to trial a creative project that was well thought through, ambitious but achievable.

The main focus was to use photography as the main art form and to use a group of Year 8s to work alongside the Year 5s from the Junior Schools. At the end of the project we created an exhibition which was first shown to a public event at Hinde House School and then at various venues in the city including the prestigious Millennium Gallery

The project worked well. It served to create a real partnership between Heads Together and the Family of Schools. But of course everyone believed we could do better next year.
